Convert a webpage that currently uses iframes to use AJAX

The page enables the user to create an on-line singing birthday card by combining the card and musical style. It currently achieves this by using 4 iframes and passing variables between the frames.
I want to make this page better for search engines to read and faster for the user by using AJAX instead of iframes(unless you think there is a better alternative)

The main files being loaded into the iframes are the card (flash) and the song (mp3) - please contact me with any questions.
