We have an old cgi script that we want converted to PHP. No mysql is required. Basically it's an old link rotation script. - There are 6 links on a HTML page - When a subscriber adds a new link, the 6th link drops off and the new link is added to the top. - A new HTML page and some instructions are then sent to the subscriber via email. - The script adds a simple log to a txt file that includes ip address, link added, name and email. - The script has simple banning by ip address (Ip addresses added to a txt file) We can provide the full source code for the cgi script which was created over 5 years ago. We are looking for a simple php script to take the palce of this script.
