Looking for a freelance web developer (individual freelancer, not a company) preferably located in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) to do the front-end and back-end development work for a website which will sell media content online. No design skills are required as we will provide the developer with fully designed wireframes for the web pages in the format of Adobe Illustrator files or similar format.
We estimate that the development will take approximately 7 days if the developer is working full time. We are prepared to accept a longer timeframe for the development if the developer wishes to work on part-time basis on the website, as long as the developer is able to commit a minimum of 4 hours daily to this project.
