We need to build a website that 1) acts as Freelancer.com when payments are processed(Milesotne Paymen). 2) uses escrow method, paypal authorization or amazon reserve action. 3) allows users to showcase their past experience through videos, text and images. In short, members can create their public profile that can be accessed by anyone. 4) Profile should be searchable according to their skills and should be available from the pool of available services on the website. 5) allows users to pick any profile and chat with them. 6) has Review and Feedback system 7) no bidding. etc. Your ideas are welcomed and will answered accordingly. Post your queries in the bid description or in message board. Are you comfortable with revisions? If no, how much would you charge per revision? Write correct number of days you can finish this job. You will have to sign NDA that we will upload/add once we agree to start working. Highlight your past experience in the same field in your BID. Thanks
