Align Text on Drop Down Tab

Looking for someone who can center align the Text on the header menu "galleries" which currently expands that tab ONLY ..MY drop down Links are fine don't mess with that....see shots when i am logged out an see shot when i am logged in you can see the galleries tab will expand the height..Once fixed it should thin out like my logged out tabs..I will get the files responsible for this tab which involves header file and a css file.. I will send file/s over and you may edit file/s as needed but in end you will need to tell me the changes so i can add to my files..
