Looking for strong web developer for long-term cooperation in big project - including CRM system. We have a team of 5 persons. (3 developers, QA, Project Manager and designer) and going to add 2 developers more. What's required from you: - total responsibility - reporting - great communication - ability to estimate tasks and meet deadlines You must have great experience in PHP 5, MySQL, Symphony 2. The better you know this stuff and better do work the bigger is your salary. If you can not estimate tasks, finish them on time, can not be online regularly, do not want to report each day and plan next day, then please DO NOT waste your and my time. If you are not excellent at some stuff, BUT just good and really willing to get better and apply any efforts to do so, willing to work in great team, in interesting project, using newest technologies, then welcome! In your resume show good projects that you have completed, using Symphony.

What knowledge do you you need than a computer and communications engineer and a 2 year experience as a technical director in a VoIP company. I have to admit that i never programmed using symphony before but I have read about it and I can program in more than 20 languages so i guess my learning curve is pretty much easy. Awaiting your reply if interested :)
