A website for a Web Design Company.

I am setting up a Web Design company and need a smart looking website to appeal to customers. The name of the company will be "Edwards Web Design" and therefor i will need a smart logo to go with the website. The colour scheme i want to adopt is mainly black with blue and silver detailing. I would like a tagline or slogan of "Bringing an online presence to you" I would also like the tabs on the page to have some sort of movement to give a swishy effect. I would not like the design to be all about square and rectangle boxes. Preferably any boxes that there are i would like to have rounded corners. It should include information about who i am and where i am based which is Bournemouth and Oxford in the United Kingdom. I am a student at university in Oxford so my work will predominantly be based in Oxford. I feel every company deserves an online presence and my aim is to bring this to all company's around the city of Oxford. I would like to be able to edit the text on the website and other little tweaks as i am a beginner and am bound to make mistakes along the way. If some information could be included about how to set it all up and work with it i would be very appreciative. I want to give the creator the freedom to include things that i have not thought about hence i have not included great detail about the design.
