An alarm website

I need an online alarm that goes off once a coin rises or falls to a certain price. I have a prototype here: [login to view URL] My back-end website skills aren't that great, so I need helping getting it to work right. When you click on a coin, it should pop up a window, where you should be able to enter a high price, and a low price. You should also be able to click the "test button" to preview how the alarm will sound (if you click on the "Bitcoin" icon, you can scroll down and hear the alarm sounds I have so far). Once you set the alarm, you can leave the site open, and it will watch the price for you (I'm [login to view URL] and Crypty to track the price). When the alarm sounds, ita box should pop up and it should continue to play on a loop until the box is closed.
