I want someone to make a webpage with the following features for me, my budget is very small, so really high bids won't be considered.
This is for a very small city and I could even say town, and I am not such a business woman or anything so I don't have that much money either. I know how to design myself but I don't have much time and I also would like something really professional.
I would like the webpage to have ajax because it looks very chick.
The page is intended to contain the following things:
- I need some "spaces" for advertising.
- It should have a page where people can upload things they are selling and have categories, i don't want people to be needed to register to anything in order to do so, just fill a form, where they can put a title, a descriptions, pictures and videos, which I want to b e similar to youtube so that they don't weight too much. Contact information, etc. Though I do need to "allow" or "deny" these posts so it doesn't get full of goofy stuff. (for example: Someone uploads a cellphone which is selling, it gets a message it will be reviewed with in 24 hours and either accepted or denied.)
- it also will have some city news so i should be able to update all that, make new pages, in an easy way.
It shoould have a contac t us page and also a form for people to make suggestions.
A very important thing for me is that I need someone tha tknows about SEO because I want it to be in the first seats in google when people search for the name of the city, it isn't so hard because there aren't a lot of webpages here.
I want to see mock ups, ideas, before I choose anyone. The bid is for making the whole site. I will probably one some mantainance in the future, but that is something I will talk about in the future if I need it.
