I will need someone who is good in both HTML source code and graphic web design as well as programming. I do not want to hire two seperate people for this job. This is a simple one page should be responsive and html5. I would like a highly converting capture page that has a back office admin area that stores all user info who submits their email and information. This is sort of similar to aweber but less complex. I also need to be able to send an automated email response from back office.
