I am ready to attempt this project again. Want to have posting ability to list the following… A. Date B. Time C. Vehicle Make D. Vehicle Model E. Color F. Where did the incident occur? (example eastbound I-17 Beardsley exit) G. Describe the incident H. Photos? I will be running it on a LINUX SERVER so the CMS and all programming must be 100% compatible with a Linux Kernel. I am looking for a full skinning of the CMS as well. theme should be traffic and driving related as well as some humorous graphics. Bids must include install and all scripts code and such must be 100% operational before releasing of funds. Communication and honesty are the two most important aspects of business. Problems, mistakes, and delays can in most cases be worked through as long as communication is open and the coder is honest in regards to time frames and issues.
