Create IQ Test Website

This website will be for IQ tests, it needs to have a membership and backend IQ test management, reporting and payment infrastructure. There will be 3 level of IQ tests and basic one will be free with simple membership (email / name / location / age / gender). Then user will be able to take IQ test and will be offered to purchase report that shows his ranking in multiple graphs (age/gender/location/worldwide), these reports needs to be interactive and needs to be really sleek and modern looking. Overall website should be really good looking and easy to use. Loading of questions, answering questions and reporting needs to be really nice looking. Let me know if you have any questions.
