Conversion of existing website

I have a simple website that was created a few years ago. It is currently in Swish and Flash. I want a modern looking, no Swish, no Flash clean website to support my marketing consulting business. This will likely be less that 10 web pages. The text content can come from the existing website and my LinkedIn profile. I have a few licensed or custom made graphics that I would use. I would like the final website to be editable in Microsoft Expression Web - so I can personally keep it updated with new information, new clients info etc. I would like to see examples of websites that you have produced within the price range I am considering - Less than $700 US. the current website is intellect dot com I have ZIP files of the existing website, all content and previous websites that can provide additonal copy and graphics to use on the new site. I will be replacing the existing website that I host at GoDaddy and using GoDaddy has my hosting provider.
