Complete and Build Web sites

We need an INDIVIDUAL to develop our companies websites. They are at present incomplete and run on the WordPress platform but we would be willing to build them on a different platform IF you can demonstrate that it would better suit our needs. Detailed descriptions as well as copy text and some graphic design work will be supplied You must be: - Experienced and able to develop plugins/ extension/ features and able to modify themes and appearances - Communicate proficiently in English - Follow instructions - Be able to complete all work from development to styling Our main site is principle is an interactive site that will allow members (paid and Free) to operate their own sub site and submit information to the site for the viewing of our visitors. There is many features and requirements that we require be built into the the site and expanded and improved continuously. Example of what you MUST be able to create are: - Allowing a Member to create a sub site from selecting options, uploading images and entering information into their user profile. - Allowing subscribers to create a profile to customize their experience. they will be able to select favorites which will then effect the way and/or what information is displayed on the site when they are logged in - A feature on our site allowing members to book a time to publish an article from only the categories they have been granted access to by admin (from 1000's). AND then publish the article at that time regardless of the time the member submits the article Please PM with you relevant skills and experience and request an initial milestone equal to 1 hrs work BY BIDDING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT; - You are prepared to work on a ongoing basis with hours varying from 0hrs upwards per week as required depending on work loads (by Both of us) - Payment will be Monthly via Free Lancer - You will as required use FreeLancer Time Tracker to log hours worked - You are prepared to handle repair work at short notice if required - You will communicate via email and Skype as well as log into our project management software to track and finalize tasks - You will provide identity documentation including photographic identification and proof of address for every member if a team - You will sign and abide by a non-disclosure agreement and our term of engagement contract which renders all work on our sites our exclusive property and will hold you liable by Australian law to prosecution if you break these agreements.
