I currently have a Wordpress Website [login to view URL] that is getting the "508 - Resource limit is reached" ERROR and is taking a long time for the website to load. I would like the following to be done to help speed up the loading process of the website, and get rid of the 508 ERROR code. We need to do complete site optimization which is a process in which we will install some Catch plugin so incase if there is high traffic to site it does not access database every time instead provides and html version of site, then we need to increase memory limit for wordpress by customizing few php files, we need to optimize databse tables, We also need to delete all unnessery plugin which are deactivated, all images & video's need's to be optimized. All this are factors which are affecting the Site Load time.
