Build a simple car auction website, the site will display basic of a car auction such as a car profile including Make, Model and year of manufacture, Images etc.....
The Auction will run in a similar way to ebay with a bid box. The home page will consist of an overview of cars ending soonest but a use will also be able to search by location etc....
The site must have a feature to register as a bidder / seller or both, fees for listing cars will be collected by paypal.
The initial site will be a bare bones skeleton and will be developed further at a later date - it is very important that correct code and structure is set up in the early stages.
