FREELANCER DESCRIPTION: Website will be a reverse eBay, users or buyers can post something they are interested in buying and vendors compete to offer the lowest bid. buyers can create their own wishlist or list things they are interested in buying. vendors will be able to browse by category, and can browse users or buyers wishlist. Please see eBay for reference or just like here in freelancer wherein users can post projects and choose among the bidders. Mobile version of the website must be included.
