I need you to design graphics for an ebook and video I'm creating. The ebook/video is titled 'How to build your list with eBay by Seb Brown'
I need ebook cover, dvd case, header & footer, order button, background image and banners.
## Deliverables
3D ebook cover in 3 sizes 350px 300px 250px Text for ebook cover is: How to build your list with eBay by Seb Brown v1.0 (I need to be able to edit the version number myself)
2D versions of above
3D DVD case version of ebook cover with additional text: Disc 1 (I need to be able to edit the disc number myself)
Header graphic for web page 700px wide Text for header: Seb Brown presents How to build your list with eBay
Footer graphic for web page 700px wide same as header but with added text: Copyright (c) [url removed, login to view]

Web page background image
Banners in following sizes 468x60 234x60 120x60
The graphics need to be created with the theme of ebay and email list building in mind. Don't use the actual ebay logo though.
All to be provided in JPEG and PSD format so I can edit version numbers and disc names.
