Add PHPBB Hacks

Hi I need to add couple hacks and a bit of advice on banning proxy servers for my phpbb forum: 1) Display all ip addresses for everyone on the forum when they post, except admin and global mods ... IP should only be shown to registered users 2) I need to add a hack that allows mass delete of posts/threads based on search keywords, 3) Want to add hack that replaces a chosen word by my wording .... basically to remove specific words from all postings in the forum. These are fairly common hacks for the phpbb forums. Also want some quick advice on banning proxy servers if you have any experience with this, how effective has it been. I have a small budget so if you have experience and have best price, you will win :) If you have experience with phpbb this is a big plus!
