custom dynamic flash scrollbar

I have built a website in flash that has some content on one of the pages that has outgrown the stage. I need a dynamic custom scroll bar added to the site. The text on the page is drawn from a php file which talks to the mysql database. The scroll bar needs to continue down no matter how big the paragraph/list gets and obviously the text must disappear off the stage and not go over the menu or footer. It should fade slightly on the top and bottom. Ive attached a screen shot of the page so that you can see what I mean...We are designing the scroll bar and will provide the .png files when needed. The site was built 3 years ago so its not the latest version of flash...its as2 and cs2 or 3 i cant recall. Should be a quick job for someone who knows their way around flash. Please show examples of where you have already done a similar job. Thanks!
