SHOUTcast Flash Player AAC without rtmp/wowza

I need a simple flash player capable of retrieving AAC (not AAC+) audio from a shoutcast 1.9.8 server.

The only thing is that the flash player must be able to get the information directly from shoutcast via http://ip:port http://ip:port/;[url removed, login to view] or http://ip:port/;[url removed, login to view] etc

The player its self will be simple:

- a start/stop button

- volume control

- ability for the player to autostart on page load

Nothing fancy like grabbing song info etc.
