Design to HTML - Short timeline

Very simple and straightforward. I will send you the PSD, you send it back in HTML. Shouldn't take very long at all. I will run a w3c code sweeper on it and it must come back 100% no errors. Obviously, must work in netscape and ie. images must be optimized as much as possible without losing quality. I have attached a mockup which is almost final. (maybe is?) The large space where it says "3 phones free") with the black border is to be a flash movie, so you will put this part of the design in flash. The menu on the left should be converted to plain old text with that little arrow as a rollover like on this site: [login to view URL] (on ail, the arrow is a dot) The page needs to be scalable, as in we can add as much text as we like with no problems. I am thinking, the green and orangish backgrounds will be a long background image that will eventually tile nicely if necessary. Simple, eh? If I accept you bid on this, we will have more work for you very soon. This needs to be done yesterday, but if you can get it within 24 hours of your bid acceptance, that is good.
