You sample site's tool is made by flex I can also use flex here but it will just increase your cost nothing extra. Any way I saw that you have told that you have already a megento store now it is not clear to me do you have the site already and just want to build the tool or do you need the complete site including the tool. My price is for complete site including the the tool. It will decrease if you need only the tool. Now I like to describe the complete outline of the site functionality (or the tool functionality) but the place is not enough for that.
