Customize flash template & build site

I need someone to customize a template which can be found here:

Things that have to be done:

1. Modify the 3d software boxes, you need to be a good graphic designer for this. Put other images on them.

2. 2CheckOut integration (I should be able to modify this easily), I have a 2checkout account available.

3. I should be able to modify flash texts outside of this site (in a text file).

4. Create the Company, Products, Downloads, Sales and Support pages. The products and downloads pages should not be in Flash but in XHTML. The Support page should contain a Flash form which sends output to my emailaddress. Perhaps you can come up with something for the Sales pages, because I don't know of something for the moment to be honest.
