Customize Flash Web Site Template

This bid request is for customizing a flash web site template. The customization will include adding the client's text / media (images, video) to a professionally designed commercial flash template which has already been purchased. There may also be some minor changes to the template itself. The template can be viewed at: [login to view URL] Before bidding on this project, please review the following requirements: 1. Coder must stay in reasonable email communication with me regarding the progress of the project (daily to every other day). 2. The deadline cannot be extended. This is a reasonable timeline and I will not be able to extend the deadline for this project. 3. Coder must allow him/herself time for a final walkthrough/final edits, so that all revisions/corrections have been made to the site by the deadline. Thank you for your consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
