Convert Quicktime into Flash

I need to know how I can convert Quicktime .mov files into Flash .swf files. What I need is someone to give me a process that will allow me to keep the quality of the files. If it takes several steps then it is ok. I have Quicktime 6 Professional and Flash MX if this will help any.
