Build me A Sweet Nav Bar and spice up my site

Hey there, My website I am posting for is [login to view URL] . I want the Nav bar to be almost identical to the navigation at [login to view URL] sitewide with drop downs etc. In addition I want some figures like spades, clubs, hearts, added into the nav bar drop downs and each row must be grey and then white so it alternates just like full tilt's. Last thing is just to spice up my website's pages by adding some extra energy to it while still maintaining the the crisp, clean, calm feeling over all. Maybe a pic of the hot pr girl from absolute poker or something. Ok, let me know if you have any questions. I will provide the categories and names for the nav bar. check attachments please.
