Animated Flash Movie Cartoon - Anime Characters

We need a 20 second flash introduction movie for a Combat Sports website. Here is an example of the quality of work you must be able to produce... <[login to view URL]> You will need to create the background as well as the characters and animation. In this movie there will be energetic music playing to anime type people as in video above doing martial arts moves and boxing movies on one another. There must be heavy base when their are punches and impacts. Per RAC rules / recommendations, we are asking for a low-res watermarked demo movie from all bidders. Only needs to be 3 - 4 seconds long and shows your capabilies based on the requirements above. We do not want to see your existing movies, you need to make an original demo video based on these requiremnets and similar in animation to the video above. If you do not have this as part of your bid it will not be considered. Those selcted will expand to the full 20 second movie. We wish to move rapidly on this and the first qualified applicant with an acceptable demonstration movie will be chosen. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
