Adobe Flex/PHP Affiliate Portal

Hi, I am looking to create a Flex based Affiliate portal to promote various products through. Ideally, the solution will be a combination of Flex and AJAX and will be as SEO friendly as possible. The goal is to have a comparison/rating/review site that will compare multiple products and will allow dynamic rankings (Web 2.0 interactive rankings) as well as comprehensive Flex-based product comparison solution. I also like to have the ability to offer feeds on articles and industry news that I would want to post to the site. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the above technologies and will suggest innovative ideas in the process. Since there are many big competitors in this market, I would like the portal to offer as many innovative features as possible to allow me to provide more value to users and differentiate myself from the competing sites. The reason I do not mention the industry is due to the fact that the solution should work for most industries. I should be able to add features to product comparison section. In addition, I should be able to add product categories and so on. For an example of what I have in mind, please check the following sample. I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
