A page to fixed and two pictures that must be mixed(repost)

Hello, I have few problems: 1.(Smarty .tpl problem) A page look ok in IE,but in Firefox look bad(see the example)The files included are in the "confirmare"folder. These 2 problems are design problems(Photoshop): [login to view URL] "scratches" folder I want to remove the pixelation around of text"Persoane Fizice Autorizate",in both pictures. [login to view URL] "puton" folder,I want to put the"diagrama"picture on notebook image of"service" picture.
