The library must have two functions like this ED50toETRS89Decimal(float lat, float lon, out float lat2, out float lon2); ED50toETRS89Decimal(float d, float m, float s, out float d2, out float m2, out float s2); The first one? take as input, the coordinates in decimal format e.g.? 40.458442, -3.9077 and output the converted coordinates in decimal format too. And the other takes the input in degrees e.g.? 40 (degrees)? 39 minutes? 11 seconds and outputs the converted coordinates in degrees. The functions must perform very fast because it will be used to convert a high volume of data.
