coldfusion site cosmetic overhaul and functionality fixes

A database driven coldfusion site needing a cosmetic overhaul to bring it up to date. Also, there is a programming error concerning the functionality of the site (the registration procedure doesn't operate correctly), this needs fixing. Finally, there is a merchant account already setup on the site. This needs disabling to make it a free membership service. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
