back up of data base and reinstalling on a new server

i have a web site functioning perfectly fine. I have some users on it. a phpbb forum installed as well. all appareantly running off of one MySQL data base. i am moving my servers and need to back up those and reinstall them in a FULLY functional way. ## Deliverables 1) reinstall a fully-functional working site as well as all work done explained. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 4) All the users of the site on the current server and the phpbb forum should be transfered and working on the new server. 5) the MySQL file should be backed up and transferred to the new server. 6) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php MySQL forum: phpbb site management system: mambo
