Directory Script Needed

I am looking to have a simple directory system created. It should simply allow me to use an admin back end to create new categories. It should then allow sub-categories too. Then it should display the submitted url's with a title and a brief description. The url's should also be mod_rewritten to be search engine friendly as phpnuke and other related scripts do. ------- It should run on a .sql database to store the data and easily back it up in case of mishap. ------- I would also like it to have the option to pull in xml feeds in case a category or subcategory does not have any submitted url's yet. This may be smart to tie in a revenue share as well. This can be discussed more ------- Users should be able to submit their url's for approval. The admin should then simply review them and accept them to the directory after manually verifying the URL ------- There are a few examples of similar scripts that webmasters give away free. I can provide at least one for review. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform mysql database driven directory
