Design Some Teplates for me

I am in need of a designer to produce low cost 2-4 page web host templates, for web hosting companies. No watermark, or design marking may be placed on the design, and they will need to be WC3 compliant, with no tables, written only in HTML, DHTML, and CSS. Please look here for the type of work I am looking for. <[login to view URL]> To start with, I am in need of one design, 2-3 pages, Main Page, Sub-page, and a page for listing features of a hosting package, all relevant images will need to be created, or found online that are free license, and the design will need to be fully sliced and cleanly coded. This must be a custom design, not used anywhere else, and I must retain full rights to it.
