Data Manipulation Excel

Need a data manipulation wizard that can work well in microsoft excel. Might require access and or other database or custom program to complete. Need data manipulated and moved into specific columns in excel spreadsheet. Currently data is not in a friendly manner and will require special programming to move data. Please take a look at the zip files. The data is presented in both word and excel format. The excel file named template is the way the data needs to be parsed and organized in column format from right to left. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. One of the files called building is the one that is not formatted correctly. The data looks as if it were brought in from a word document. I am going to expand on what is needed a bit more. First of all disregard the significance of csv. This is not important on the second example as it is easly converted back and forth from csv to excel spreadsheet format xls format. This is something I can easily do. What I am more concerned with is moving the data into columns and this is a bit more complex than it might appear on the surface and is going to require a program to manipulate the data. What we are dealing with is specific data for a construction permit report. Inside that report you fill find this basic general information... construction description, address, permit number, contractor name, contractor number, owner name and owner number, lot number, parcel number ect. ect... In the building document this data is not in column format it is simply in a long text blurb that has been cut and paste from a word document into the excel file. Because of this it cannot be formatted into columns. Using the second document called Maricopa please identify the columns that are applicable for data in the [login to view URL] document. I believe once you see the new examples things will be much clearer on what needs to be done. There is a word document and an excel document that show the same presentation of the data. The template file in excel is the way the data needs to be organized and parsed into the excel file. If you have any questions please inquire.
