I need the following on the site.. Able to for guests just to browse freely, Able to register and then login into the site's database, Able to login and see certain levels of pics and videos, Able to login and see full access of the site- need credit card info, Able to do live chat in chat rooms- some may need credit card info, Able to do live streaming video-but must provide credit card info, Able to let registered profiles, submit picture and videos Advertising banners, on a 15 and 30 second rotations two colums- one on each side with 50 links on each side able to fit 4 row of 5 pics with approx 2 centimeters between for advertisings as well.. I am looking to get this built asap and I like to have this in a dark purple for a theme color please. Any other questions please ask..Also, CODER MUST SHOW ME WORKING tempplate before I will send ANY PAYMENT at all through RAC..
