I am looking to update my search page on my website. I currently store data on a mySQL database by city/state. Right now you can only search by state only, and it populates that information per the search on another page.

What I would like to do is add a US Map to the Search page, and allow the user to click on the State that they would like to view.

Then once they click on the map, I would like it to show the cities that are listed with that state. This would allow the user to search by the State and then select the city. But, I would also like the option to view all cities in that state also.

The featured part can be removed for now as I will not be using it yet.
2.) Once the user selects the search parameters, I would like to change the information that gets displayed. I have a value set in the database that determines if a listing is a premier listing or not. Those listings I would like to have automatically placed to the top of the listing display. Remove the **Premier Listing** text and just highlight the listing in 2 different shades of yellow. Also, make the text a little bigger and bold. So that these listings will stand out. Then place the basic listings below the premier listings. I would also like to change the row colors to match the rest of the website.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
