Custom FTP Program 4 Windows

I build websites that users can edit with perl/cgi and use online forms for file uploading. This offers no feedback to the user about their file transfer progress, thus some users quit out early thinking the program stalled. What I need is a 'no way to mess up' way of transferring these images. A reusable ftp program that I can edit and then give to a client with simple instructions on how to upload images. Should require very little input from the end user. Below is a checklist of items I require. 1. Editable file where I can input the variables (ftpsite, username:password, folder list, logo name,) 2. Allow user to select from a list of folders they wish to upload to. Each folder has a single purpose, ('images'=.jpg, 'documents'=.doc, 'pdfs'= .pdf files, etc) The program should be able to limit which types of files go into the folder. So images could not be uploaded to the 'documents' folder...only the 'images' folder..etc. 3. Program should be about 200px x 200px and should be a 'drop box' where the user selects the files they want to transfer in windows explorer and just drop them on the window. A status bar should then show that they are currently transferring. Also should work if they grab an entire folder, only I don't want the folder uploaded, only the files contained in the folder. 4. Must be graphically attractive. I can do the design, but I must know the limitations of what I can do, what formats you need, etc. That is everything, I think. I can discuss it further, perhaps that is a feature that would be useful, which I have overlooked. I appreciate your input as well. I have no timeframe for this, but I would like a finished product in a timely manner. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Would like it to run on all Windows enviornments. And would prefer that it does not require an installation.
