Create a template in css/html and integrate it in each part of our site(repost)(repost)(repost)

We are 2 students and we have created a betting site called www.arenatips.com. Our main focus is on european soccer where we want to offer our members quality analysis and picks for free. For the time being the site is functional/operational and it also contains a forum. THIS IS A NON PROFIT SITE! Now, we want you to start with this design [login to view URL] and pimp it up and integrate it with CMS system that we are using for [login to view URL] We have already started this process but we feel that someone more competent should do the job and present us with pimped up version of the original template [login to view URL] We expect you to create templates for each page of the website using the same layout and style. Some of the pages are frontpage, forum, betting guide, records, about us, contact us. We require pages to be dynamic and be processed by expressionengine as templates, you may not create any html files that stand on their own outside expressionengine. Key words that should be associated with our site and your design are: sports, soccer, betting, profit, money, fun, community etc. IMPORTANT: The software (CMS system) that we are using is already installed on our server and it is requirement that you work directly on our server and nowhere else. This way will be able to track the progress and give you immidate feedback. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is the platform that we are using for [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] It has all the features that we want. It's simple to use and simple to modify and style. We want you to use this platform to style/implement our website. Skills needed to complete this project are not involving only design, we'll require programming skills as well like simple php programming with expression engine.
