Create Similar Joomla Template

I will be building 10 templates over the next two months. If you do good you will get more jobs from me. I want the following template made into a joomla template. When you deliver the template to me it must be packed and ready for upload via Joomla's admin template administrator. I want the following template to be made in Joomla format: [login to view URL] Please use same colors, module positions, header, menu and menu subtrees. All images must be giving in PSD so we can make changes as necessary. Template must be compliant to web standards and pass the following: 1. [login to view URL] 2.
