Create File Sharing Site

I would like a site to be built that is exactly like [login to view URL] Include in your price the cost of registering for 1 month ($6.95) because you will need to create an account so that you can see the features that become available once you sign up. I will also need an admin panel that will allow me to view paid user accounts and access their credit card information which you will store in a database once they sign up. When a user registers the site should gather the same information that Speedyshare does. All of this information should be viewable in the admin panel along with the credit card information. I should be able to view all of the files that each user uploads, deactivate files and put a reason why (for example if it is copyrighted material, speedy share does this so use them as an example of they display it), the time and date it was uploaded, the number of times it has been downloaded, that last time it was downloaded, and the ip address it was uploaded from. This should also be the case for files that are uploaded anonymously. The admin panel should have a folder that displays new users that signed up and once i process their payment I should be able to move them to the processed folder. I would like to be able to set the maximum file size an anonymous user can upload and the max file size that registered users can upload from the admin panel. I would also like a progress bar in ajax to display as files are being uploaded. Google adds should be installed in the same locations as on SpeedyShare. And anything that is not mentioned here should be the Exact same as on Speedyshare. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to work in all web browsers
