Copy website of my dvd supplier

Hello, This is a special project that i request. Please read all before sending me message. What this project is all about? We are selling dvd from a supplier. You can find his website <[login to view URL]> . I need to have the same website (like an image) and i need that my website synchronize with website of my supplier. That mean that we have to create a domain . On the other hand, when my supplier add a new dvd it must show up on my website too! When they remove one, it's removed on my website too! The problem is that this person can't track my sale if i refer people to his website this is why i need same website than him but receiving money in my paypal account.
