Comprehensive Insurance RFP Web App - .NET, SQL

This project involves developing an insurance rfp-type website. For an example of a model of exactly what I need, please see www.netquote.com. I have already hired a graphics/html person that will do the design and markup for this project. I still need a .NET (preferably VB) person to build the code and database. This .NET person will work in conjunction with the graphics/HTML person to build this site. There are several websites that use this "insurance rfp-type" model but this particular project will enhance this existing model with some UI / graphical improvements and more comprehensive FAQ section. Most of these UI / graphical improvements will be on the plate of the graphics/HTML person, therefore the person I am looking for will only need to concern themselves will building the logical framework (code, database) of the site. In addition to what you see at [login to view URL], I need: 1) a back-end for the client to manage FAQs and tooltips/hints for form questions, and the copy on some of the website pages. 2) a way to view basic reports on the types of requests that are submitted by users, and which insurance agents are emailed which rfps. 3) a type of automated billing system where insurance agents are billed periodically for the leads that are emailed to them (PayPal would be acceptable here if it is compatible) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows environment - .NET application with MS-SQL database.
