We are a group that has 30 pharmacies, each using their own stand alone dispensing system for prescriptions. We want to allow patients from each of our pharmacies to be able to log in securely and view their current valid prescriptions on the website. We have built some software that extracts the required information from the dispensing system, and can send it to the website by FTP. Each pharmacy will enroll patients and be able to add them to the user base of the secure login. When the patient logs in they will see the details for their pharmacy and be able to select the prescriptions they want, then using a checkout process including pick up or delivery, collate their required information and send it to the patient’s pharmacy for processing. Each pharmacy should be able to administer their own details if required (Name, address, contact details, personnel, opening hours, delivery times etc) via a [login to view URL] should also be an administrator login who can maintain all aspects of the [login to view URL] work program should include the option of having a payments gateway included so patients can pay for their prescriptions at the time of checkout. Site maintenance may also be included by negotiation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform To run on a standard hosting package
