Community website design (repost)

I am looking for a PHP/CSS web designer, or team of coders and designer, to upgrade the CMS based website. It is a community site in the making ??" for those interested in personal development. At the moment it uses Mambo, but would rather use php software other than Mambo, such as Joomla, or any other software as long as it is a package I can get other software developers to look at, check, and debug if necessary. It needs to be an integrated system that works seamlessly to bring the community of members an enjoyable, friendly experience. It will be similar in style to the [login to view URL] website, but also significantly different, as it caters for discerning adults with an interest in personal growth. The not-for-profit company asking for this work has up to $1200 to spend. They do expect a lot for their money, but I’m sure you can provide what is needed, with quality being of the highest importance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The host for the website uses Linux and has PHP4 & PHP5 enabled.
