Code vBulletin Skin

I am looking for someone who can code a vBulletin skin provided in PSD format under the following conditions: 1. The completed skin must work in Internet Explorer 5/6/7, Firefox, Camino, Safari, OmniWeb, Opera, Mozilla, and Konqueror. As I have access to all of those browsers, I can test for you if need be. 2. The completed skin must be tableless, except for data such as the $forumbits variable. In that case, tables are okay since they were meant for displaying tabular data - exactly what the forum list is. 3. The completed skin must make use of vBulletin phrases. I believe it's $vbphrase or something similar. Thank you for reading. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-funtional vBulletin XML file that I can import into vBulletin 3.6.4 (or the latest version of vBulletin at the time I accept your bid). ## Platform The completed skin must work in Internet Explorer 5/6/7, Firefox, Camino, Safari, OmniWeb, Opera, Mozilla, and Konqueror.
