1. An online directory of Practitioners visible only to the administrator.
2. An password protected online administration screen with Add/Edit/Delete Functionality
3. A login Page on the website for Practitioners to edit their own information and the administrator to access the directory.
4. A screen where visitors can view selected Practitioners.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
