Cell phone website and billing system

two parts to the project 1. website based on most popular cell phone providers where you can actually order and view your bill on line. for example [[login to view URL]][1] or [login to view URL] So part is an online shop where they can view, compare phones, also choose which plan they want... order it, reguster their info and pay online using link to paypal for credit card. So online data base obviously required where we or they can update their info. 2. Billing system for the customers whos data is generally registered on above website. from various raw data sources, must perform calcs and provide bills to be uploaded on above site and also emailed to customers in resume format. I must be able to make new plans myself, change pricing for various call types..include options etc.... ie full flexibility. se enclosed doc obviousl need customer data base which will be based on info from both projects which again needs to be easy to use, search chase bill payment etc. If this billing does not work 100% correct it cannot be used simple as that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform currently in php and mysql, but can be flexible here, msot important is results
