Cam-Phone EMS App

Briefly, this project is aimed at creating a simple interface on a camera-phone (preferably one of the new hi-res models like a Motorola V710) in support of a research project. The aim is to create an app that allows an easily repeatable (perhaps blind after some practice) set of button pushes to take a picture, record an audio memo, and send one or both to a pre-programmed recipient email account or web address. In addition to the system to capture and send the data, there will be a need to create a background app that allows the key parameters and defaults to be set up. Those parameters would include timeouts, memory management, identification of sender, and recipient address info. In addition to the basics of the the above description, sending date/time and GPS-enabled location info is also desirable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The Motorola V710 with BREW capability or a similar capability phone-camera available and capable of running on networks in the Metro Washington DC area. Key capabilities/features of the phone-camera configuration include: - at least 1MP image resolution - capability to record and send audio - GPS-enabled - phone form factor (not a PDA with phone capability)
